  • Job Title: Senior Director, TCG Production & Logistics
  • Job Summary: Provides strategic direction and oversight for the flow of trading card products from production all the way through delivery to our customers globally. Develops policies and standard operating processes utilizing world class production and logistics strategies, that align and support our sustainability and ESG objectives. Customer focused with mindset of accountability around delivering the right products at the right time to the right customer at the right cost consistently. Understands how to utilize technology and best practices to drive scale and performance. Partners closely with Millennium Print Group (wholly owned subsidiary) and extensive network of suppliers and vendors to drive optimal service and performance. Excellent leader and communicator.

What you'll do
  • Provides leadership to production and logistics functions to develop world class processes and practices to meet and exceed delivering the right products to the right customers at the right time and the right cost.
  • Provides strategic direction for production and logistics to scale and meet the growing needs of the business.
  • Develops production and logistics teams to enable solid performance and succession plans.
  • Collaborates with Product Development and Sales teams to set quality objectives and standards to ensure that we deliver the highest quality products to our fans.
  • Partners closely with our suppliers and vendors to establish quality, security and sustainability objectives.
  • Provides excellent customer service to our sales partners with transparency around KPI's and deliverables.
  • An influencer, motivator and leader. Coaches' teams to optimize impact and employee engagement.


What you'll bring
  • Fifteen+ (15+) years of relevant professional experience, plus seven (7) years of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor a team to increase impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically monthly and internationally quarterly.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $207,000.00 - $245,100.00 per year. The full range is $207,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
