This role will primarily be responsible in the design and delivery of Workday Integration and Reporting solutions for third-party and internal applications. Responsibilities include working closely with business partners in Finance, Technology and other functions to understand and document internal client requirements and delivering timely solutions against those requirements.

Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary:
    • Collaborate with Functional Leads in Workday HCM and/or Financial functions to analyze, design, develop, test and implement reports and integrations with third-party and internal applications.
    • Configure, facilitate testing, deploy and support the change management for delivered solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
    • Facilitate the architectural design end-to-end within Workday to support key financial initiatives.
    • Design, build, test and deploy Workday reports and dashboards using Matrix, Advanced and Composite reporting, including the use of Workday Worksheets.
    • Work proactively with the various teams to identify/define top-quality deliverables, potential risks and issues that may impact the outcomes along with process improvement opportunities, including Workday releases and updates.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality to protect employee and financial data privacy.
    • Manage team of analysts and knowledge-share on leading practices in Workday and new learnings.


Education/Experience and Competencies:
    • BS in Technology, Accounting or related field with minimum 5 to 7 years' work experience in technology, reporting or system integrations.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials with demonstrated success.
    • Experience should include integration building using Core Connector, EIBs and Workday Studio, including report writing.
    • Experience with Workday business process, security and tenant-wide configurations a plus.
    • Must hold current Workday Certifications in the area of Integration and/or Reporting.
    • Knowledge of Workday foundational data model, corporate system architecture and relational database technologies.
    • Working knowledge of HR, Finance and/or Accounting leading practices and functions.
    • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
