We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Implementations to join our Client Integration Team within Asset Servicing and Digital. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. - Hybrid Work Schedule.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Leads project activities for the onboarding/conversion of Alternatives funds (Hedge, FOF, Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate Funds).
  • Coordinates the planning, scheduling, reporting, and issue / risk tracking with internal and external stakeholders to meet target onboarding/conversion timelines.
  • Provides leadership and recommendations for overall success of complex onboardings/conversions by conducting analysis of business requirements to ensure highest quality of project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with firm-wide resources (Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, etc.) to ensure client onboarding/conversion needs are being addressed and ensures alignment across teams.
  • Proactively manages client expectations by evaluating scope creep, material project changes, and customized operating models.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in alternative investment funds and client-facing or project management roles preferred
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude, a passion for excellent client/customer service and team focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
