About the Role:

Acai Travel is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our revenue operations. This role is crucial for driving our sales strategy, building high-impact relationships, and closing significant enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

- Close high-value deals, focusing on transactions over $500k

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the TMC, OTA, and airline industries.

- Utilize their deep knowledge of the operational setups of large TMCs, OTAs, and airlines to drive sales effectiveness.

- Oversee and grow the sales team, fostering a culture of ethics, generosity, excellence and high performance.

Qualifications

:

- Demonstrated success in closing $1M+ deals.

- Extensive network in the TMC, OTA, and airline sectors is a minimum requirement.

- Previous experience working in a large TMC, OTA, or airline environment preferred, so to understand the operational and technological setup of the prospect client.

- Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS and Al products.

- tech savviness and good understating of Al and travel technology necessary

- Extensive leadership experience and proven track record scaling sales teams

- Strong negotiation skills
