Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Knoxville, TN, Lafayette, LA, Charlotte, NC, or Knoxville, TN

As a Senior Talent Advisor your primary responsibility is to recruit top talent and coach leaders on best practices in the interview and selection process, including leveraging assessments and interview guides for a more equitable and streamlined approach. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with high-quality prospects, guiding them on career paths and aligning their skills with various roles. You will also collaborate with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, streamline the hiring process, and identify opportunities for developing non-traditional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and extension of offers.

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, networks, and university relations.

- Conduct initial phone screens to present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

- Maintain relationships with top-tier prospects and understand their career aspirations.

- Translate candidate skills into organizational role opportunities.

- Customize outreach strategies for active and passive candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop hiring strategies.

- Demonstrate the correlation between required skills and time-to-fill positions.

- Identify and develop pathways for non-traditional candidates.

- Forecast and address the organization's long-term skill needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, career coaching, or a similar field.

- Strong understanding of various industries and job roles.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.

- Ability to analyze data to support hiring strategies.

- SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

- Manager experience preferred.

- Ability to travel up to 25%.
