The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and luxurious environment for our guests and staff. This role requires a strong background in engineering, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to budget and timelines.Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures for the engineering department.
