Job Title: Administrative SupportJob Description

Key Responsibilities: Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing. Handles files (locates/requests files, files paperwork, reconstructs missing files, moves misfiled documents, sends to other offices, etc.). Retrieves, prints, faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed. Generates and sends appropriate forms to insured/claimant for completion. Enters check info, prints, and sends them out. Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

Work Environment

Onsite in Saddle Brook. Currently have 4 support people on staff that handle the checks. Hours: 8-4:30, OT available (no weekends).
