As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in Cross-Currency Payments , you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.
Job responsibilities
Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvementsAssists in the development of collateral tailored to specific marketsUnderstands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to releaseFollows and assists with the development of the product's risk and compliance modelIdentifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processesAssists in developing and executing a communication planAssists in maintaining, and developing a sales friendly product roadmap that enable sales to successfully understand and commercialize our product offeringMaintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functionsPartners with Marketing to support global and regional Marketing plans/effortsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project ManagementEmerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAn effective collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to align various cross-functional stakeholders
