As a Supply Chain Inventory and Service Level Analyst – Intern at Micron, you will work on projects related to inventory strategy and service level assumptions within integrated supply chain planning processes and systems. The relationship between inventory strategy and service level attainment is symbiotic and your work will help you to learn and understand this relationship as well as drive improvements for the business.

You will work on and coordinate one or more projects in the domain of service level and inventory management. You will use your previous work experience, academic studies, and common sense to analyze business needs to perform and complete this work.

Responsibilities:

Utilize academic standard methodologies to improve our current processes and help Micron improve upon inventory and service level performance

Develop understanding of Micron’s Supply Chain processes and roles through business process analysis and interactions with various stakeholders

Collaborate with the Supply Chain and extended Value Chain partners through root cause analysis and evaluation of existing processes

Provide recommendations and proposals to Supply Chain leaders on suggested improvements or efficiencies

Lead at least one project of meaningful impact to Micron
