Amarr (a part of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in opening solutions) is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of National Accounts to lead and grow our key client relationships. This leadership role will focus on developing and executing account strategies, managing high-level partnerships, managing a team of National Account Managers (NAMs) and driving revenue growth across national accounts.

In this position you will:

Grow revenue and customer share over prior year with key accounts through partnership development

Manage and oversee key national accounts, including direct management of select accounts.

Lead the development and execution of the national accounts program, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.

Supervise and support a team of national account managers, driving performance and strategic account management.

Develop tomorrow’s leaders at Amarr through high but realistic standards of achievement.

Maintain pricing, gross margin, and tier management while maintaining in depth understanding of market pricing.

Establish and manage KPIs to incentivize growth.

Work cross functionally across Amarr with an expert knowledge of our products and programs.

Manage warranty requests including diagnosis of root-cause installation problems that affect warranty claims.

Qualifications and Requirements:

10 years of door industry sales experience with an OEM.

Proven track record of success in managing large-scale accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

College education required.

Project management and contract negotiation experience.

Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Valid driver’s license and capable of meeting Amarr’s driving standards.

Basic competencies reading blueprints, product specifications, performing take-offs, and assist with product substitution process & documents.

Travel 7-9 nights per month
