Business Integration Lead

Job Description

The Business Integration Lead is responsible for leading new client implementations and enterprise-wide projects, analysis, and/or initiatives. This position is responsible for driving key business outcomes for Prime through a blend of project management, enterprise analysis, and client or executive engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead client implementation activities by providing ownership of workstream delivery including negotiations with client

Consult and collaborate with internal and external client project teams to work through the Enterprise Project Lifecycle / Implementation Framework

Build positive working relationships with clients and maintain throughout implementation until transition to Client Engagement

Manage external consultant and business partnerships to ensure successful implementation outcomes (consultative, handle conflict, anticipate challenges, provide recommendations, business awareness)

Facilitate, coordinate, and lead implementation/project kickoff meetings, large client on-site meetings, issue resolution focus sessions and gap analysis

Mentor, guide, and develop internal resources (Business Integration Consultants, Functional Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts, etc.)

Partner with the project teams in the identification of integration tasks, client outlier requests, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required

8 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experience

3 years of managerial experience or leading cross functional work efforts

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and meeting leadership/facilitation with various internal and external leaders

Ability and desire to drive complex business needs and influence organizational change

Proven ability to work under strict timeframes and under pressure

Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of healthcare or PBM experience

2 years of consulting experience

Commercial and Government Programs PBM experience

5 years of experience leading cross-functional work efforts

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

Reports to a Director or Senior Director in the PBM Operations department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
