Job Summary

As the Business Systems Analyst (RevOps), you will support the Salesforce system, particularly in Marketing and Sales processes, and ideally possess hands-on experience with Revenue Operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (RevOps) with a strong background in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in RevOps and Deal Desk functions will be instrumental in streamlining operations and optimizing revenue generation.. This role will be full-time, remote, and is a contract to hire.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and enhance sales productivity

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues

Analyze existing RevOps processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Design and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of RevOps initiatives

Oversee the Deal Desk function, including contract review, pricing analysis, and deal approval processes

Develop and maintain standardized deal management procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

Provide support to sales teams on deal-related inquiries and issues

Utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to gather and analyze sales data

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify trends

Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery

What You'll Need

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration

Strong understanding of RevOps and Deal Desk functions

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
