Job Description
Personal Injury law firm seeking a motivated and experienced case manager. This position will require ordering medical records, signing up clients, opening property damage claims and managing the case. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years experience in the area of personal injury. Bilingual abilities a plus.Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Client Communication:
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the status of their case, address their questions or concerns, and gather necessary information.Case Coordination:
Collaborate with legal staff to ensure effective case progression.Document Management:
Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant case documents, including medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and other pertinent information.Insurance Coordination:
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, status updates, and negotiations.Case Evaluation:
Assist attorneys in evaluating the merits of a case, identifying its strengths and weaknesses.Records Maintenance:
Ensure that all case management systems and databases are updated regularly with the latest information.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the litigation team in the event a case proceeds to court, ensuring a seamless transition.Continuous Learning:
