With opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive community of colleagues, St. Lukes is truly a great place to work.The Annual Giving Director directs the fundraising strategy and activities of a comprehensive Annual Giving development program including direct reponse, employee giving, mass donor communications, and various donor engagement and acquisition techniques.What You Can Expect:Lead, plan and execute a comprehensive annual giving fundraising strategy to identify, cultivate and solicit donors to achieve fundraising goals and performance metrics, including intentional strategies intended to identify major gift prospects.Build the donor pipeline with targeted acquisition of new donors from various sources, including patient information in compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations.Grow the major gift pipeline by incorporating intentional annual giving strategies which will identify donors with the capacity and affinity to give at higher levels.Lead, create and execute a donor centric solicitation plan using segmentation, gift history, donor interest, and other fundraising tactics (annual appeal, lapsed donor, special campaigns).Lead, create and execute stewardship activities to foster and encourage deeper donor engagement and enhance the overall giving/donor experience (newsletters, personalized communications, tours, recognition).Write, edit, and produce compelling fundraising and donor engagement materials.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree8 years of relevant experience
