The Basics:

The Americas Programs Intern will be responsible for assisting the Americas Regional Marketing team in executing specific logistics on programs that are designed to create and accelerate pipeline.

The hourly rate for this internship is $27 per hour. This hourly rate is an estimate for what Tanium will pay an intern. The actual rate offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an hourly rate, interns will be eligible for 401k matching and a monthly allowance for communications reimbursement.

What you'll do:

Program PlanningResearch new vendors and 3rd-party eventsWork with vendors on deliverables and onboard new vendors by following our internal processes in CoupaCreate and submit program documentation such as budget justificationsProgram Builds and Execution

Create event dial-ins, calendar invites, and ensure campaign members receive essential event informationCreate swag, event material, and collateral shipping requests for onsite eventsPartner with the Programs Sr. Associate on 3rd Party virtual conference executionProgram Wrap-up

Upload lead lists and flip member statusesClone and run SFDC reportsSpecial Projects:

Vet and approve direct mail redemptionsUpdate the NAM Marketing Playbook with the latest processes and create new enablement assetsMaintain the NAM Programs SharePoint site and review all events calendar to ensure cancellations are removedSend one-off incentives in SendosoTake on additional assignments as deemed beneficial to the organizationWe're looking for someone:

With a programmatic, process-oriented mindset, who can deliver quality work in a rapid-paced, deadline-intensive environmentWho can show professionalism when working with vendors to negotiate contracts on behalf of TaniumWith an affinity for marketing tools, and is willing and excited to learn Marketo, Swoogo, Salesforce, and SendosoWith strong writing and organization skills, and ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on executionWho is working toward a BA or BS in marketing, communications, advertising or related field - ideally with a 3.5+ GPAAvailable to work full-time from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025
