We’re hiring an exceptional sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. Responsibilities: • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve • Lead and delegate the sales team responsibilities for the entire sales team and hold each team member accountable to meet and exceed sales goals, lead weekly meetings, regular training, and conduct quarterly reviews. • Track and report weekly on sales team activities and KPI's. • Ensure both inside and outside sales quote meet all standards for accuracy in both time and revenue. • Train all new sales staff and track their progress toward meeting 90-day goals. • Make budget recommendations for sales revenue. • Oversee all sponsored events, plan and delegate and execute as needed to ensure the success of each event. • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure field staff are informed and prepared for each job. • Oversee, track and report on marketing KPI's and help lead budgeting process for marketing. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Displays a proven track record of sales success • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Willingness to champion the mission, vision, and core values of SRM. Compensation: $101,000 - $120,000 yearly
