Summary : This is a full-time position that requires the Consultant to regularly collaborate with and provide support for clients and team members in order to meet clients' and organizational needs. This team member will be responsible for a wide spectrum of duties including, but not limited to, development and review of ongoing client deliverables, data collection, financial analytics, carrier and client interfacing, issue resolution and general project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build relationships with key members of client's teamWork proactively on behalf of client, and in collaboration with internal consultants, to create, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategyEstablish creditability as insurance expertAct as key go-between for client, the senior consultant and the client's brokerEvaluate exposures that can cause risk for clientsRecommend insurance solutions that meet clients' needs, protect assets and protect balance sheetReview coverages and be able to identify gaps or weaknesses in the programCoordinate activities of the broker and other risk management providers to exceed clients' expectationsReview proposals and be able to make recommendationsReview RFP's and bid specifications to ensure thoroughness and comprehensivenessBe able to review claims, claim reviews and loss triangleWork with Senior Consultants to:Create bid specificationsCreate RFPsReview insurance policies and programs and provide written evaluationsCreate schedules of insurance, account management timelines and manage deliverables to clientWork with brokers/agents to request critical information, gather information, summarize and present in format that Senior Consultant can use to make recommendations to clientResearch industry trends, provide benchmarking, stay abreast of regulatory environmentManage, track, and communicate project status internally and externally ensuring that projects are meeting deadlines and client teams are aware of issues impacting successful executionCollaborate with all team members and across the organization on projects as needed with multiple project leadsBuild and maintain solid working relationships with client brokers, insurance carriers/vendors and co-workersDraft client-ready emails, memos, and presentations for review by senior staffAssist with all aspects of client meeting preparation, including presenting, as requiredCoordinate new carrier business, including reviewing paperwork for accuracy and managing towards critical milestonesKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities

Four-year College or University Degree10 + years of related experience with an insurance carrier, consultant/broker, or financial institutionCertificates, Licenses, Registration:

Property & Casualty License required; must be obtained within 90 days of employmentWork towards CPCU, CIC and/or ARM professional designations or additional insurance industry training

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $155,000.

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
