What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage, mentor, and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)Analyze outreach practices and team metrics to identify improvement areasCollaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize lead generation and exceed sales targetsDevelop new strategies to accelerate pipeline growth each quarterPartner with Sales Enablement to determine training needs and improve team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):8+ years of sales or sales leadership experience in driving new business ARR5+ years managing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)Proven success in leading and growing SDR organizationsExperience building and leading an SDR organization with 20+ people in a tech/SaaS companyStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a record of exceeding targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in a startup environmentRobust Salesforce analysis and reporting skillsKnowledge of SaaS tech stack including sourcing, prospecting, and outreach technologiesAbility to resolve organizational roadblocks proactivelyFamiliarity with executive leadership expectations and performance metrics
