Based in Cincinnati, the National Account Manager will lead, run and develop our retail business for Creamer, Oat Milk & La Colombe at Kroger. This role is responsible for the strategic leadership directing product compliance, sales team execution and exceptional business management skills, P&L management, and return on investment for Kroger. Through joint planning, this role will project sales, drive volume, and establish in-field execution to exceed our retail customers’ expectations and represent the Chobani brand as nothing but good.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives Develop and implement strategic business objectives to drive sales growth and expand market share with Kroger Implement Chobani brand strategies across distribution, pricing, merchandising and shelving, in alignment with platform goals Build and maintain strong relationships with Kroger Category Managers and other key collaborators to ensure high quality customer service Organize and lead key meetings with Kroger to present new items, conduct performance reviews and develop promotional strategies Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver team objectives & ensure seamless execution of brand-related activities Apply customer sales data and category management insights to provide fact-based recommendations to drive business growth Forecast for base business, promotions, seasonal items, & new product launches to ensure accurate and timely planning Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required High level of proficiency & prior experience working with Kroger HQ Exposure to Kroger CPI negotiation process 5-7 years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management Strong and confirmed leadership skills Strong cross-functional exposure / experience Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment Highly organized with the ability to lead multiple projects against deadlines Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI, Market 6, Stratum Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies Willingness to travel
