Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Strategy Manager to lead and develop brand initiatives for Brightspeed. In this role, you will drive brand positioning, awareness, brand reputation, and market growth through innovative strategies. You will be required to have a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, consumer behavior, and trends to deliver compelling brand experiences across multiple channels.

As a Brand Strategy Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Brand Strategy Development : Evolve, implement and drive internal education of a comprehensive and comprehensive brand strategyMarket Analysis : Work closely with our consumer insights and competitive intelligence team to obtain thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunitiesPositioning and Messaging : Develop and maintain clear brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and customer touchpointsCross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand strategies are integrated across all departments and are aligned with business objectivesBrand Campaign Strategy : Lead the development, use, and implementation of brand campaign and established brand character across both internal and external communication channels including but not to paid media, e-comm, CRM, local marketing, internal commsBrand Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, awareness, reputation, and growth. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of branding efforts.Agency and Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure brand alignment and high-quality execution of campaignsInnovation and Trends : Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to continuously innovate and improve brand strategiesQualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectorsStrong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market dynamicsProven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive market share and brand equityExperience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partnersStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience implementing integrated campaignsBONUS POINTS FOR:

Experience in branding in the telecommunications industry or with a startupKnowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on the brand#LI-SS1
