Clark Atlanta University is a HBCU that is located next to Spelman and Morehouse College. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day food operations of this high-volume account. This hands-on General Manager will be responsible for managing P&L, client interaction, leading and directing a team of managers, and hourly union employees. The successful candidate will:have oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high quality food service;achieve company and client financial targets and goals;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;create a positive environment;ensure Sodexo standards are met.Is this opportunity right for you?
