Deliver compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toiletingMonitor and promptly report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurseProvide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their overall well-beingObserve and meticulously record residents' vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularitiesMaintain clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, including handling their laundry when necessaryAdhere strictly to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of our residentsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferencesRequirements:Valid CNA certification from an accredited programMinimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsSatisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screeningBenefits:Highly competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hourConvenient weekly paymentComprehensive health insurancePaid time offAbundant opportunities for career advancementAbout Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu:
