This position is remote, but candidates must reside locally to the Frisco and Plano, Texas areas.
Job Summary Reporting to the General Manager, the RN Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.
The position is full-time, with very competitive salary, benefits within 30 days that include PTO, paid holidays, annual bonus potential, PPE and uniforms provided, and annual reviews. This position will be home based, but will require a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a personal automobile that is reliable for local travel to complete business development activities with prospective referrers, and to participate in new client assessments, occasional off business hours business development activities, and quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
Client Inquiry Intake and Response - Phone and Email
Develops a sales and marketing plan
Plans and creates business development opportunities
Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
Conducts a minimum of 25 sales calls per week
Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources
Conduct professional service presentations and educational sessions with Hospital Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Case Workers, Social Workers, Physicians, and Nurses to identify patients who would benefit from our care.
Establish Partnerships with 55+ and Independent Living communities, Assisted Living facilities, and Senior Centers to ensure smooth and seamless referrals.
Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals
Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
Offer personalized and compassionate guidance and support to the families and caregivers of prospective clients.
Supports the strategy and ongoing activities for all social media communications (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+).
Acts as backup to support other team members
Occasional off business hours Community and Business Development activities
Self Development
Ongoing corporate training - Occasional out of state travel
Qualifications
Healthcare sales and marketing experience - at least 2 years required
Strong hunting and closing skills - at least 2 years required
Registered Nurse qualified and licensed to work in the State of Texas - required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong and compassionate interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong time management and planning skills
Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
Familiarity with social media platforms
Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Detail oriented
