Job Overview:

Under the general guidance of the Senior Talent Development Manager, the Senior Talent Development leads assessments for organization-wide developmental needs to drive learning and development initiatives. Identifies and arranges the most appropriate development solutions for all employees and creates metrics to measure success. This position pro-actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to develop and enhance employee performance to meet DFW's strategic initiatives and outcomes; driving a high-performance culture.

What you will be doing:

Develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates development plans and programs to support organizational needs to create effective continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning and development projects. Partners with subject matter experts when needed.

Utilizes advanced instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory to create learning experiences that promote practice, retention and application of new skills and knowledge. Ensures best delivery methods are utilized to meet organizational needs, e.g., eLearning, instructor-led virtual, in-classroom experiences, or a blended approach.

Creates interactive, engaging, scalable sessions that incorporate facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, etc. using rapid prototyping, SAM, ADDIE, and agile development approaches. Leverages learning technologies to enhance learning experiences, such as incorporating videos, microlearning, and eLearning, as well as virtual reality, AI, and simulations.

Conducts needs analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture skill gaps and requirements across the airport, identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level and capacity building requirements at the organizational level.

Develop and design suitable course content and solutions based on the analysis results or select vendors to create the training materials.

Collaborates with stakeholders including leadership, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and facilitators to bring expertise and diverse perspectives into the learning and development process at all levels.

Develops and implements evaluations strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Identifies measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timeliness forecasting and deliverables.

What you need:

Bachelor's Degree in learning and development, education, human resources, industrial relations, business administration or a related field.

Five (5) years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating learning and development programs.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

Certifications in learning and development programs, methodologies and assessments
