With 9,000 colleagues and 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life.As our Associate Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you’ll be responsible for the following:Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary.Gather and compile insurance documentation from the Client into the agency management system, Applied EPIC.Review and maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients.Generate Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), C.L.U.E. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
