In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, data architecture, AI model developers and other cross-functional team members within the organization. portfolio.Working closely with colleagues from different teams, you’ll provide expert guidance and support to define the vision and roadmap and ensure its delivery, including involvement in ‘go to market’ activities. You will have a clear understanding of how to create value for our customers in a manner we can bring to market with retailers and CPGs. Job Description
What You’ll Do:Drive product strategies and roadmap aligned to the broader product and company visionGuide product development with a globally distributed team of world-class engineers and designersEngage with end-users and internal account teams on a regular basis to better understand their needs and gather feedback on ideas and roadmap featuresLeverage tightly integrated cross-functional teams to solve key problems faced by our clientsOwn the product backlog, define, and scope user stories to drive desired business and customer impactPlays an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team aligned to a single visionStay close to the market identifying new opportunities or risksSupport documentation for training teamsProvide input to Sales team for product demos and slideware showcasing key product differentiators and highlighting future industry-leading roadmap featuresContribute to team SOTA goal of identify the best AI models and technologies to achieve superior results for a given taskDefine, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives and to define future prioritiesWhat You Need:Batchelor’s degree or relevant experienceExperience in product management or closely related roleSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software developmentSkilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationEntrepreneurial mindsetTechnologically minded with a love for solving problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBackground in Generative AI and NLP with experience in areas like language model evaluationUnderstanding of scrum and Agile development methodologiesManaging all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecyclePrompt engineering using chatbots and Large Language ModelsMachine Learning and Data ScienceApplying design thinking principlesWorking with retailers or CPGsUtilizing customer purchase data and behaviorSolving problems with cross-functional colleagues
