Sr. Demand Planning Manager

We are currently working with a fast-moving consumer goods company that is leveraging both product innovation and the formalization of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to drive their turnaround efforts.Position Description:Sr. Demand Planning Manager reporting to the VP of Supply Chain.Develop and maintain a rolling forecast to drive the entire demand planning process.Drive efficiencies in and lead the demand consensus process.Participate in the financial budgeting process.Advise sales and marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.Identify areas of opportunity in the Demand Planning process and make improvements.Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.Background Required:Highly energetic individual with at least 7+ years of demand planning experience.Strong use of Excel or Excel add-ons for forecasting and planning.Degree preferred but not required.Proven track record of success in a similar role.Compensation:$130,000 – $170,000 + bonus.Renter’s relocation available.
