Roofing Sales Consultant in Dallas & Fort Worth . You will be the first point of contact for nationwide roofing leads. Your primary responsibility is to make a strong introduction over the phone, build instant rapport, understand customer needs, and finalize the agreement. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming roofing leads from across the nation with professionalism and efficiency. Make a compelling introduction to potential customers, establishing a positive first impression. Build instant rapport with customers, creating a trustworthy and engaging conversation. Understand the specific needs and concerns of each customer, offering tailored roofing solutions. Present our low monthly payment options and nationwide fulfillment capabilities effectively. Close roofing leads over the phone with a high level of production and performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to qualify for upward mobility opportunities. Qualifications: Preferably minimum of 1 year of experience in selling roofing over the phone. Preferably proven track record of closing roofing leads with high production and performance levels. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
