Position Summary:

We are currently searching for a

Full Time RN / Center Director

to work Mondays – Fridays with a team of close-knit staff and physicians, performing a variety of tasks.

Major responsibilities include:

Monitor operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.

Work collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.

Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.

Oversee medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resources.

Direct and participate in the center's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI).

Manage services provided by contracted vendors.

Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations. This includes but is not limited to infection control, environment of care, and emergency preparedness.

Monitor and analyze monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resources.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University (Master’s Degree preferred).

Licensed RN in Maryland.

At least five (5) years of healthcare-management experience.

At least one (1) year experience in an ASC.

CPR and ACLS Certifications.

Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.

Demonstrated experience recognizing and defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and correcting errors in a timely manner.

Able to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact verbally and/or in writing with others.

Computer literacy.
