ResponsibilitiesVerify that scientific statements are supported appropriately.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Participate in medical/legal/regulatory reviews as needed.Lead the team in identifying pertinent research related to the client's product and potential new business opportunities.Qualifications5+ years of experience in medical content development for print, digital, and live programs within a medical communications agency setting.Advanced degree in science or public health (preferably PharmD, PhD, MD), or equivalent experience in medical communications/medical publishing.Experience in and ability to understand multiple therapeutic areas and the effective use of multiple delivery platforms.Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide strategic/scientific direction to clients.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical standards, compliance, and regulations.Excellent communications skills (oral, written, presentation).Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly detail-oriented environment.Ability to manage projects with limited direction and work within tight deadlines.Additional InformationThis is a hybrid position based in central New Jersey.Our client is a stable and established company that values employee development and long-term relationships.
