The Single-Family Acquisitions Quality Control and Operational Risk Management Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.Your Impact:

In this role, you will partner with Single-Family Acquisitions division management to perform the following activities for significant issues:Collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and motivated risk management professionalsCommunicate issue status/progress effectively to senior managementAct as a key contributor toward building out a Fair Lending risk management operation and organizationEstablish and manage a Fair Lending Governance process for the entire SF DivisionBe responsible for all internal and 3rd party oversight of compliance program effectivenessEnsure new compliance requirements are accurately and timely implementedMaintain an effective relationship with Enterprise Compliance teamQualifications:

12+ years related experience and 4+ years management experienceBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalentRelevant compliance operations related functional experience in mortgage servicingSignificant experience in the Fair Lending subset of ComplianceStrong team management and leadershipKeys to Success in this Role:

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $180,000 - $270,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
