This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Enterprise Application team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Build and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data integrity through the implementation of best practices.Collaborate closely with various departments across CohnReznick’s Digital practice, as well as other firm groups including resource management, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment of financial plans and forecasts with operational objectives.Oversee the development of comprehensive practice growth plans, financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Lead Workday EPM / Adaptive Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) optimization related to Finance, HR and Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate CohnReznick resources from other service lines/industries to identify, scope, plan and cross-sell firm services.Lead the day-to-day activities of EPM Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.Work to land and expand existing Workday Adaptive clients to cross-sell additional firm services and offerings, accretive to their FP&A and/or finance teams.YOUR EXPERIENCE.Successful Candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification desirable.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience implementing and managing Workday Adaptive Planning. Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with other systems (ERPs, CRMs, HRISs, Data Warehouses, etc.)Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into financial plans and actionable insights. Experience in supporting strategic decision-making processes.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop accurate forecasts, and identify trends and opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Proven adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive results.Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers, market dynamics, and industry trends.
