Job Overview:As the Director of Marketing – Strategic Leadership and Partner Engagement at SmartChoice, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that drive growth and engagement with our agent and MSP partners and end-users. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and the ability to deeply understand how to motivate and educate both partners and end-users. You will also work closely with the sales and product teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and tools that support our partners and drive mutual success.

Duties/Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing and Team Leadership:

Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that addresses both end-user demand generation and channel partner enablement.Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, working closely with sales leadership to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.Define and measure KPIs to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Channel Partner Marketing:

Develop initiatives to drive new partner acquisition and enablement.Manage marketing campaigns, partner webinars, and events to generate qualified leads and expand the partner ecosystem.

End-User Marketing:

Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition for UCaaS solutions.Manage product marketing to develop campaign launches with compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning.

Content & Messaging:

Oversee the creation of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, blogs, and webinars, that speaks to both end-users and channel partners.Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing materials and the website, positioning the company as a leader in the UCaaS space.

Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:

Drive demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including digital advertising, webinars, email campaigns, and content marketing.Manage lead nurturing programs and develop marketing automation workflows to convert prospects into customers and grow the sales pipeline.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Provide insights on customer and partner feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or related industries.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in both channel and end-user markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
