Plaintiffs Litigation Associate Attorney

to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plaintiffs’ rights, strong litigation skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to manage multiple cases with efficiency and precision. The attorney will work closely with senior attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses to ensure thorough case preparation and successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, schedule, and conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparations.Draft and review written discovery and discovery responses.Prepare pleadings, notices, and other related legal documents.Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support active litigation.Draft motions and other legal documents for senior attorney review and approval.Draft and finalize legal correspondence and other documents as required.Interview witnesses and prepare them for trial or deposition testimony.Work with expert witnesses to ensure proper preparation for trials.Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.Argue Law and Motion at court hearings on behalf of clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation and filing.Requirements:

California State Bar License : Active and in good standing.Experience : A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on plaintiffs' work.Litigation Knowledge : Proficient in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.Communication Skills : Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal arguments.Attention to Detail : Meticulous and precise, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.Time Management : Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Problem-solving skills : Able to think critically and provide creative solutions to legal challenges.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Trial Preparation : Experience assisting with trial preparations, including witness preparation, exhibit handling, and managing trial binders.Legal Technology : Strong understanding and proficiency in legal technologies and software that support litigation processes.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.Client Relations : Professional and empathetic when interacting with clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD)

from an accredited law school.Certifications:
