to create impact and help support some of our agency’s largest clients in navigating the dynamic, fast-changing Ecommerce landscape and implementing their digital shelf vision across core customers including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kroger, and other retailer.com platforms.

Salsify or Syndigo experience is required.Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to one of these Mars United Commerce's hub locations:

Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Bentonville, Nashville or Dallas.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide critical support to our clients’ Ecommerce Centers of Excellence by:Supporting that broader team to determine customer specific Ecommerce needs and incorporating those into the longer-term strategy and initiativesUsing analytics platforms and tools to uncover insights on keywords and digital shelf KPIs, turning them into strategy and wireframes for PDPs and Brand StoresManagement of items and channels in syndication platforms, including daily work in the system, calls with Salsify/Syndigo Reps and reporting on progressEnsuring cross functional teams have visibility to, and are executing against, the digital shelf vision and strategy, including guiding principles on organic, PDP content, Brand Stores and ratings and review strategy.Keeping up to date with customer platform/Ecommerce ecosystem capabilitiesCoordinating measurement and performance reporting activities for the purposing of advancing our clients’ businessCollecting data from retail teams for monthly measurement meetingsDelivering periodic overarching overviews, learnings & POVs on what is working, what isn’t and why to help define and continuously improve the Ecommerce vision and strategyKeeping up to date with, and vetting, emerging platforms, vendors and innovation trendsTracking and managing agency scope and completing your own weekly timesheetsProviding general support in day to day work of the Digital Shelf team and the broader Ecommerce teamSKILLSETS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of Ecommerce experience at a retailer, CPG or marketing or advertising agency.Deep expertise and experience managing content in syndication platforms - Salsify and/or SyndigoGood understanding of data and Ecommerce analyticsA wealth of industry knowledge including current trends, retailer.com capabilities and business philosophies around EcommerceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage many projects simultaneouslyStrategic thinking in the Ecommerce spaceSound decision making skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledgePassion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve and growSuperior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skillsMinimal travel requiredMars United Commerce is an Equal Opportunity Employer
