We are a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and a registered commodity trading advisor and commodity pool operator with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).Job OverviewThe Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition is an individual contributor role that will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of positions within our Investments, Non-Investments and Technology groups. This individual will have excellent relationship development skills and work closely with stakeholders to identify and hire top talent. The Recruiter is responsible for owning the stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the business to advise and drive the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to identify, engage and hire talent that will enable the organization to achieve its business goalsAct as an Adviser to the business and share market intelligence, industry trends and pipeline of opportunistic talentEnsure best-in-class candidate experienceUpdate and track requisition/candidate activity in ATSDevelop sourcing strategies that enable a variety of sources to deliver a diverse mix of candidatesQualificationsBachelor's degree required6 years of technical and business recruiting experience within Asset ManagementExpert sourcing skills and pipeline developmentExtensive experience performing and driving full cycle in-house recruitment within Asset Management & Technology industriesExcellent verbal communication skills and ability to attract and assess top talent, emphasis on passive candidatesWorkday experience preferredAbility to prioritize and to manage hiring Managers expectationsStrong offer negotiation and closing skillsWe maintain a friendly, team-oriented environment and place a high value on professionalism, attitude and initiative.
