Join us!the positionYou are a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer on our dynamic Application Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our front-end interfaces through manual testing, with an opportunity to grow your skills in back-end testing and automation.your playbookPerform manual front-end/GUI testing to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency.Develop and execute comprehensive test cases covering functionality, integration, and regression testing.Analyze requirements and gather additional information as needed to ensure thorough understanding.Document and report issues clearly and concisely using bug tracking systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and be familiar with various methodologies.Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all tasks, showing a strong work ethic and ability to handle challenges.skills you bring to the field3-4 years of experience in manual front-end/GUI testing; knowledge of back-end testing is a plus.Strong analytical skills for understanding requirements and gathering necessary information.Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test cases.Experience with bug tracking systems and clear issue documentation.Knowledge of the SDLC and exposure to different methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and not work in isolation.Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.Some experience in automation testing is desirable but not required.
