Director of Operations – Nursing Homes
Located throughout Northeast Ohio
Salary: $150K range (based on experience)
Qualifications of the Director of Operations - Nursing Homes :
Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
MUST have prior Regional experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities
Must have Ohio Administrator License
Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
Must be able to implement policies and procedures
Must be willing to travel
Must have strong leadership skills
Responsibilities of the Director of Operations - Nursing Homes :
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establish rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to facilities.
