Due to the growth of the business and internal progression, we are now seeking additional talented people to join our sector-aligned practices (technology, financial services or professional services), based out of either our London or Boston offices.
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, where you'll play a critical role in driving targeted marketing strategies for high-value clients. We specialise in creating personalised programmes that align closely with our clients' unique business goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement ABM and marketing strategies to engage and nurture key clients and accounts.Collaborate with colleagues to identify target accounts and create personalised marketing plans.Proactively source/engage clients and create new business opportunities.End to end responsibility for originating, scoping, designing and executing multi-channel programmes, including email, social media, and content marketing.Analyse programme performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in ABM and marketing strategy to retain a competitive edge.Experience:Proven experience in account-based marketing or B2B marketing – likely from an agency or consultancy background.Able to evidence a strong client focus.Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and ABM principles and tactics and applying them in practice.Experience of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making and learning.Creative thinker with experience of developing innovative marketing strategies and program design.Demonstrable sector knowledge/experience (technology, professional services or financial services).What We Offer:Opportunities for professional development and growth.An agile, collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to work with a diverse and talented team.Salary:$130,000 to $150,000 DOEPerks and Benefits:Annual leave: 16 days plus Public Holidays3 bonus days off for end-of-year shutdown (25 Dec to 1 January)Company bonus planHealthcare planPersonal learning and development budgetSabbatical leave optionsHome office budgetEnhanced parental leaveEnhanced sick leaveHybrid working and flexible working policyCulture Club and dedicated ESG committee
