The Clinical Director is a key upper management position of leadership within our company. Primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of clinical counseling services. The Clinical Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and leads the clinical team contributing to quality care for clients. This position ensures clinical compliance with federal, state, county, and local regulations, mandates, and program guidelines. This is a professional position, highly visible and should exemplify high standards and ethical behavior towards staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.Duties:

Lead and manage a clinical team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to promote quality care and patient safety.Collaborate with medical staff to establish and maintain high standards of medical care.Develop and manage budgets for clinical services, ensuring cost-effective delivery of care.Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging open communication and continuous learning among staff.Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.Manage and resolve conflicts for staff members and patients.Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Represent the facility in local, regional, and national healthcare organizations, promoting the facility's reputation and fostering partnerships.Skills:

Proven experience in healthcare management, including medical management and clinical leadership.Ability to manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in budgeting and financial management for clinical services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to quality patient care and patient safety.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on substance use disorder treatment.Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and compliance requirements.Proven track record in medical management and implementing best practices in healthcare settings.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a clinical team.Master's Degree required.LISW-S or LPCC-S required.Job Type:
