What you'll do
As a creative explorer, you are a master designer – always seeking to uncover solutions and ideas through design. You thrive on big ideas and extraordinary design while providing inspirational leadership for the creative team. You know when you need to roll up your sleeves and when to focus on vision. You are a storyteller and a brand strategist through design.
As an advocate for design, you excel at communications – articulating your thoughts clearly and understanding others. You'll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, driven by your passion for collaboration and your ability to navigate different personalities and seniority levels.
As a business leader & mentor, you are a strategic thinker who understands branding and enjoys diving into a client's business to derive insights that solve challenges through their brand. You are results-focused, organized, and skilled at planning while being adaptable to ambiguity and changing priorities. You understand finances, financial goals, reporting, and metrics.
Finally, you are optimistic, enthusiastic, and a bit restless, always striving for improvement.
What you'll need
2 years experience as a Design Director in branding/digital is a requirement.
8+ years of broad creative and management experience with global sophistication and adaptability to different cultures.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience leading cross-discipline teams and design leaders.
Motion and/or Industrial Design skills are a plus.
Experience in Digital is a plus.
