General Summary:Part of our dedicated Sales Enablement team, this role will lead the strategic direction for consumer and commercial sales tools creation and activation. It will involve working regularly with stakeholders at various levels, and spearheading cross-functional activities with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Engagement groups, as well as external agencies. This role will deliver priority customer presentations, case studies, whitepapers, one pagers, battle cards and more, aligned to the cadence of the GTM motion.These deliverables, and the motions this role supports, will make an important impact to our sales and marketing objectives. To be successful, this role will require leadership and problem-solving skills combined with specific expertise in content creation for different audiences. Our offerings are often complex and technical, so the ability to interpret varied information from stakeholders and derive value propositions and benefits from feature-level detail will be critical.Responsibilities:Own sales enablement strategy for PC, reporting to global sales enablement leadershipDrive the delivery of a wide range of PC sales tools and activations for sell-in, sell-through and sell-outAlign content production to the GTM motion for the PC space.Deliver messaging development where neededManage external creative agencies and content budget for PCReport on content delivery and content performance, and optimize programs as neededThis is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or business8+ years experience in marketing or related workExperience in the PC industrySpecific experience in a sales enablement functionExperience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturersExpertise in marketing and sales content developmentDemonstrated leadership skillsOpen and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiativesEEO Employer:

$148,500.00 - $222,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
