This role will be actively involved in growing brand awareness, engagements, and impressions through experimenting with new tactics and strategies grounded in creativity and data. This role reports to the Senior Social Media Manager – The Face Shop.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day execution of social and influencer marketing strategies, inclusive of campaign objectives, KPIs and targeting that will drive owned and earned media valueConceptualize and execute innovative ideas for social channels, always keeping community, engagement & audience acquisition top of mindHelp set social strategy for product launches and key calendar moments by developing monthly social content calendars to ensure solid marketing plans across all touch pointsOwnership of UGC program, creating content briefs and managing relationships with influencers and creatorsMaintenance of social scheduling, tagging and publishing. Creation of content cross-platform. Stories design, execution and strategy. Written captions across all social channels while maintaining brand voiceIntuitive understanding of how to find the right creators; activating them for contentBuild community with daily management and ideas for engagement while flagging trending conversationsAssist on reporting social media results weekly and monthly to leadership; consistently track and analyze key social KPIs, use real-time learnings to pivot & optimize content plans as neededKeep pulse on social media and beauty/skincare trends, communicate learnings to be implemented by teamBrainstorm and partner with cross-functional teams including cross-brand, PR, paid, and brand marketingIdeate, film, edit and deliver engaging content using in-app features and tools, with comfortability speaking to camera as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited collegeMinimum 2 years of experience in social, preferably in the beauty and personal care spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlinesProactive, detailed oriented and highly collaborative with exceptional time management skillsExperience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Experience with image/video editing (CapCut, Splice, etc.)Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation with an eye for UGC and feed aestheticsActive social media presence and portfolioOur BenefitsEligible for benefits as of date of hire (health, dental, vision, life and other voluntary programs)You are immediately vested in LG H&H’s matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan.
