Position: QA Tester Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Hybrid – Washington DCMust be able to drive for in-person meetings once every 1-2 weeks to start (could be less after initial phase).SECOND ROUND IS IN PERSON AS WITH THE SR ROLE I JUST PUT OUT!!MAKE SURE YOUR CANDIDATES ARE AVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND TO TALK AS I WILL BE WORKING TO GET PEOPLE SUBMITTED BEFORE MONDAY!!Required Skills:
MACHINE LEARNING (ML) required (exposure to data science, python coding experience etc).
Preferred:
SALESFORCE (will be doing Salesforce testing).Responsibilities:
Conduct deep technical analysis/testing of release in plan to conduct validation and verification of entire application.Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes.Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harness to ensure quality delivery.Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required data from multi-database environment (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required).The Salesforce QA Engineer will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems.They will have a broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment.Work closely with the Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies.Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems.Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment.This position would be responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform.Requirements:
Detailed knowledge of Salesforce applications and ML applications.3+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies, including 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.2+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.Experience in automated and manual testing in Cloud environment, particularly for AI/ML applications.1+ years of experience with BDD/Selenium and any automation tools.Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.Bachelor's degree. Technical degree required.
