This is a hybrid role that will require an onsite presence quarterly and/or as needed.The HR Project Manager will report to the Executive Director of HR for Healthcare at Home and ERAP (Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Anesthesia, Pathology), with dotted reporting to the Senior Director of HR for MGB Health Plan and Manager of HR for Mass General Brigham Medical Group, to successfully execute HR projects in multiple business units.The HR Project Manager will provide advanced project management guidance and support across MGB departments. This includes change management support, draft communications, and program development for four teams. S/he will serve as the project/change manager for system initiatives, performing tasks such as: maintaining and managing project plans, developing & managing implementation timelines, drafting employee communications, developing Proactive HR Consulting materials, data analysis and interpretation, presentation preparation, developing and documenting processes, and supporting integrations & acquisitions.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all project-related activities for designated projects, initiatives, or integrationsLead project meetings, document key decisions, and collaborate with team members to develop projectsDevelop and manage project plans and project documents, including timelines, procedures, proposals, status reports, and presentationsProvide analysis and interpretationDrive and provide materials to advance manager learning through the HRBP modelPrepare compelling presentations for various audiences, including employees, using accepted MGB communications materials with the intent to educate, persuade and/or informProvide support to acquisitions as they plan and execute acquisition activities across the enterprise, and to integrations as neededManage organizational charts to ensure a continuously accurate representation of HR and other departments across MGBManage reporting for HR and non-HR StakeholdersManage various membership and distribution lists while employing standard criteria to ensure consistent inclusion of appropriate members both within and outside HRServe as ad hoc HR analyst and consultant to HR LeadersOther duties as assignedProject Planning

Develop project plans and helps define project deliverablesMaintain project documentation including, but not limited to: Project Plan, Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Decision Documents, Scope Change FormsCreate project deliverables, as appropriateProject Execution

Clearly communicate project timelines, objectives, milestones and deliverables to stakeholders and oversees the execution of the overall planProvide status updates to Project Sponsors and Senior Management on a regular basis.Escalates and resolves issues in a timely and effective mannerRisk Management

Monitor internal and external factors throughout the project. Evaluate impact of risks or changes on project plan.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree requiredAt least 4-6 years of relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of HR and healthcare industryA combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirementsSKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES:

Occasional local travel to MGB sitesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk; or hear; use hands to finger; handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop; kneel; or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
