Join our team at Bostrom, a leading Association Management Company, as an entry-level Associate. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in managing and supporting association operations. As an Associate, you will provide front-line member services for your associations, mostly replying to emails and phone calls. You will also assist with a variety of tasks including administrative support and event coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of our associations while developing their skills in a dynamic work environment.We are looking for 3 new hires for this position, one needing to be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.Position ResponsibilitiesResponds accurately to all inquiries (phone, email, chat and written format) regarding policy and procedures for membership, applications, renewal billing, publications, continuing education products/credits and meeting registration, new membership sales.Provides first tier troubleshooting for access to and navigation of client websites, educational products, publications, and meeting registration. Escalates issues through appropriate channels.Performs proactive member outreach emails and calls (follow-up service calls) and responses to written correspondence inquiries from members within established timeframes and policies and process membership applications.Maintain and update membership databases.Help manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of association activities.Develop and maintain organized filing systems for assigned clients, both electronic and hard copy.Client meetings and event coordination and execution may be needed such as processing event registrations, assisting with event supplies and meeting materials, and possible event set up and break down id attendance is required.Other duties may be assigned that are required for this position.Position Qualifications1-3 years of office experience.Competence in identifying problems, generating potential solutions, and selecting the best course of action.Knowledge of Microsoft office products and experience with program or membership management systems (databases).Maintain a professional and patient demeanor with strong skills in customer service, organization, attention to detail, and data entry.Demonstrate personal integrity in all interactions and communications with Bostrom staff and clients.Perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in challenging situations.Collaborate efficiently across departments and with clients, offering assistance and sharing information as needed.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring successful interactions with others.Exhibit accountability and self-motivation, embracing new responsibilities and challenges with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
