This role will manage project coordination through task management, organization, and disciplined follow-up, as well as working across teams to drive ongoing, end-to-end progress that aligns with both scheduled milestone targets and long-term strategic objectives.Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects through task management, organization, and disciplined follow-up, creatively problem-solving and collaborating with relevant players to keep projects on track towards achieving both intermediate milestones and overarching strategic objectives.Define clear, specific, and feasible project plans, with explicit goals, scopes, requirements, expectations, and scheduled intermediate milestones to guide and track team progress.Determine efficient allocation of staff and budgetary resources, determining project resourcing needs, assessing expected costs and profitability, understanding and matching work and team capabilities, and tracking data on outcomes to inform future optimization.Lead, coach, and support team of direct reports.Conduct and/or support original qualitative and quantitative research, including performing in-depth research to identify opportunities for innovation in content delivery, audience engagement, and revenue models, as well as following industry developments and studying relevant consumer, industry, and policy issues.Explore and implement strategies to enhance reader engagement through innovative approaches, leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and explore new formats; evaluating the feasibility and viability of proposed innovations in the context of newsroom operations; and developing business cases including considerations for reader engagement and revenue impact.Work with business strategy initiatives to oversee digital transformation implementation across editorial content teams, including the integration of emerging technologies, adoption of new tools/workflows, and cross-platform expansion, providing ongoing feedback and observations to inform strategic adjustments and future direction.Write online and print communications to describe, support, and disseminate information on innovation efforts.Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to ensure seamless adaptation to changing digital trends, including with editorial, marketing, and technology teams to understand industry trends and challenges.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in content marketing, editorial media, publishing, digital communications, or a related field. Or 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in content marketing, editorial media, publishing, digital communications, or a related field.4+ years of experience managing a team.Track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of content/brand strategy principles and implementation, including the ability to ensure ongoing editorial content execution continues to align with and advance overarching content strategy objectives.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to simultaneously track and support multiple complex projects in a fast-paced and changeable environment, with flexibility and willingness to address new project needs as they arise, while still maintaining close attention to detail.Capacity to work well both in collaborative, team settings and independently to achieve goals and adhere to timelines.Ability to develop solutions to problems creatively as they arise and the judgment to know when to call on colleagues or a supervisor for help.Aptitude for building relationships and working constructively with a diverse range of partners.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including nuanced understanding of how to articulate and present information clearly, effectively, and persuasively for different audiences and contexts.High-energy, intellectually curious, and engaged presence, with eagerness to contribute to a positive organizational culture, support colleagues, and participate actively on project teams.Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in media innovation, digital strategy, or a related field.Existing knowledge/understanding of the Travel, Home Decor, and/or real estate market landscape(s).The L.A. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At the L.A.
