Job Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for managing large, complex defense-related projects and ensuring their successful delivery in compliance with the Department of Defense (DoD) standards. This role involves oversight of all program phases from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on DoD projects, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate the associated regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities: Program Leadership:

Lead and manage DoD programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives are met. Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members. Facilitate clear communication and build strong working relationships. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure all activities adhere to DoD standards and regulations, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR compliance, and NIST cybersecurity guidelines. Budget & Resource Management:

Develop, monitor, and control program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient allocation and cost-effective delivery. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks early in the program and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Contract Management:

Oversee contract requirements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, including timely delivery of reports, deliverables, and documentation. Team Leadership:

Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and subcontractors, providing direction and ensuring team alignment with program objectives. Performance Tracking:

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program health and progress. Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and government clients on program status, risks, and opportunities. Process Improvement:

Continuously assess program management processes and workflows, implementing improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year
