DescriptionYou will be responsible for leading our Sales Development team in the AMER region. This role includes managing both inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and SDR Managers while driving the growth of our sales pipeline. As a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, you will build, execute, and foster a high-performing culture that inspires teamwork and personal development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers.Recruit top talent in the sales industry.Design and implement career development programs that engage, retain, and inspire your team.Maintain operational excellence across all aspects of the sales development process.Drive a positive and collaborative culture that fosters teamwork and professional growth.Create clear communication channels and feedback loops to report on team performance, KPIs, customer insights, and pipeline forecasts.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to design and execute pipeline generation strategies.Excel at change management to support the company’s revenue growth goals.Stay informed of market trends and provide valuable feedback between Sales and other departments.Identify opportunities for innovation and be a driving force for positive change.Qualifications10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.5+ years of experience managing and building high-performance sales or sales development teams.Proven track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably with a hybrid remote and in-office structure.Experience with complex technical products and developing pipeline strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide and receive feedback effectively.Experience leading teams through periods of growth and change.Why Join Us?You will be part of a mission-driven team with a unique opportunity to:Help us build the future of API technology.Work at the cutting edge of API connectivity and innovation.Join a diverse, global team that celebrates success and collaboration.Be part of a company that supports your personal and professional development.Compensation And BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation packages that vary based on location, experience, and skills.
