We’re hiring a motivated real estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. Data entry using command Dotloop/DocuSign delivers signs/flyers and basic admin work in real estate. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. 25-30 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Data entry using command Dotloop/DocuSign • Deliver signs/flyers • Basic admin work in real estate • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Qualifications: • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Available evenings and weekends • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Must have a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000 at plan
